Redwood Health Services, founded in 1976, provides employee benefit plans and third-party administrative services to both large and small employers. Our products and services include:

• Custom-designed employee benefit plans, including FSAs, HRAs, HSAs, POPs and dental and vision plans. We also offer Basic Plus health plans.

• TPA services for self-insured employers, including claims administration, monthly experience reports and COBRA administration.

• Editorial and design services through RHS Communications.

Based in Santa Rosa, California, RHS is governed by a board of directors composed of physicians. The company is a subsidiary of the Pacific Foundation for Medical Care, a nonprofit physician organization established in 1957.
