For self-insured employers, RHS provides a range of third-party administrative services, including:

  • Claims administration. For employer-sponsored benefit plans, we process and pay medical claims promptly and accurately.
  • Monthly experience reports. We design and create monthly reports that summarize how your company is spending its medical dollars.
  • Trust accounts. We establish trust accounts that employers use to pay medical claims, and we provide monthly reconciliation statements that show how the funds are expended.
  • Employee benefit documents. We prepare Summary Plan Descriptions, Summaries of Benefits and other documents for employer-sponsored benefit plans.
  • IRS documents. We tailor Section 125 (FSA), Section 105 (HRA) and POP documents to your company’s specifications.
  • COBRA administration. We offer complete administrative services for COBRA coverage, including premium collections, notifications and other requirements.
